02 ME LINE® DARK CIRCLES is a professional home-care treatment for the delicate periorbital area, developed by Me Line (Spain) to correct dark circles, hyperpigmentation and under-eye puffiness. The roll-on applicator ensures precise, economical delivery directly onto the target zone.

Mechanism of Action

The formula addresses several pathophysiological mechanisms responsible for dark circles simultaneously:

• Normalises microcirculation and strengthens capillary walls, tackling the root cause of periorbital discolouration.
• Eliminates haemoglobin-derived pigments (bilirubin, biliverdin, iron) via the biomimetic peptide Haloxyl®.
• Inhibits melanin synthesis at multiple stages — effective depigmentation without aggression to sensitive skin.
• Provides anti-oedema and draining effects, accelerating metabolic waste clearance from the tissue.
• Prevents recurrence of hyperpigmentation following the 01 ME LINE® DARK CIRCLES professional peel procedure.

Indications

• Maintenance phase following the 01 ME LINE® DARK CIRCLES peel protocol.
• Periorbital hyperpigmentation and bluish infraorbital shadows of any aetiology.
• Age-related changes in the periorbital area, puffiness, crow's feet.

How to Use

Begin use 2 days after the peel procedure. Morning and evening, apply approximately 0.5 ml to pre-cleansed skin around the eyes using the roll-on applicator. Allow to absorb fully. Follow with 03 ME LINE® RESTORE and, if additional hydration is needed, 03 ME LINE® MOIST. Minimum treatment course: 3 months. ME LINE® Gentle Foam is recommended for cleansing.
