How to Use
Apply the lotion to hair and leave on for 15 minutes, then reapply. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and blot dry with a towel. Without removing the rods, apply the neutralizer for 7–15 minutes, then carefully unwind the rods and apply the neutralizer once more for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
