Excellence Icy Blonde Color Plex permanent hair colour by Raywell combines effective blonde colouring with intensive hair care. Developed in the INTERCOSMETICS laboratory (Italy), it contains natural ingredients that replace a portion of chemical agents and significantly reduce damage levels during the colouring process.

How to Use
Mix the colour with the developer in a 1:1 ratio (1:2 for the super-lightening range). Apply to the hair and leave on for 5 to 60 minutes depending on the chosen developer and desired result. Rinse with warm water.
